Cancellation and Stay Policy - Evalia Rooms

1. Flexible Cancellation (7 days)

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel or modify your stay free of charge up to 7 full days before your arrival. For example, for a scheduled arrival on a Friday, free cancellation is possible until the previous Friday at 11:59 PM.

• Late Cancellation: For any cancellation or modification made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation (100%) will be charged.

2. Early Departure In the event of departure before the originally booked end date, no refund will be granted. The total amount of the stay remains due.

3. No-Show In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the entire stay will be charged. Your access code will remain active for the duration of your reservation unless otherwise indicated by you.

4. Non-Refundable Rates If you have opted for a "Non-Refundable" rate, total payment is due upon booking. No modification or refund is possible, regardless of the date of the request.

5. Recommendation: Travel Insurance Unforeseen events (health, transport, weather) are not covered by our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that our guests take out personal travel insurance to cover these eventualities.
