Terms & Conditions - Evalia Rooms

1. Booking and Payment

  • Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to confirm any reservation.

  • Payment: Depending on the chosen rate (Flexible or Non-Refundable), the charge will be made either at the time of booking or according to the rate plan conditions.

2. Cancellation and Modification

  • Deadline: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

  • Fees: Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

  • Early Departure: No refund is granted for departures before the scheduled date.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Arrival: From 3:00 PM via our self-check-in system (codes).

  • Departure: Until 11:00 AM maximum. Any delay may result in additional fees.

4. House Rules and Security

  • Non-smoking: The establishment is 100% non-smoking. A €150 fine will be applied in case of non-compliance.

  • Quiet Hours: No noise is tolerated between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

  • Capacity: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms (Max 2 people per unit).

5. Liability

  • Damages: Any damage found in the room or common areas will be charged to the guest.

  • Personal Belongings: Evalia Rooms declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of personal items.
